If you have forgotten your password, please navigate to www.PHconnect.com and select Log On. Once you are navigated to the Log On screen, select Don't Know your Password? and proceed through the prompted screens to reset your password.

Supported browsers include Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11 and the latest version of Google Chrome. If you are currently working on an outdated browser, please consider upgrading using the links provided.

BROWSER SETTINGS

Even though you may be using the correct browser, it is not uncommon for your browser settings to be incorrect. In Internet Explorer, one setting you need to pay particular attention to is the control over how newer versions of web pages are stored on your computer.

To verify that your Internet Explorer browser is automatically referencing the newest version of the web page available, please navigate through the following steps:

  • Verify is selected
